Barnes Jewish Hospital (Washington University Medical Center) Installs CardioReportware

CardioReportware Chosen for its Sophisticated Reporting Capabilities and as a Teaching Tool

TENAFLY, NEW JERSEY, USA – July 1, 2001 – We are pleased to announce the installation of CardioReportware at Barnes Jewish Hospital, which is part of Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis. CardioReportware was chosen for its sophisticated reporting and comprehensive data collection capabilities. In addition to its use for monitoring patient exams, it will be used by professors as a teaching tool at Washington University's medical school. "In addition to its application for patient care, we are proud that it will be used as a training tool for teaching future doctors studying cardiology. They were very happy that we were able to import 12 years of echo reports and patients' medical histories, in essence, preserving and seamlessly integrating all data from old echo reports into CardioReportware and included in the combined search options and comparison features," said Paolo Nigris, President of Nicomac Systems.
